House Rules

A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Prepaid bookings are held for 12 hours after the expected check-in time.

If you are going to be late, you must let us know by phone in advance.

Children aged 5 and under: stay free (maximum 2 per room). From age 6 an extra bed is charged.

Checking out after 12pm is charged as a full extra night.

Guests are responsible for keeping the rooms in good condition. Damage is subject to repair charges under Article 186 of the Brazilian Civil Code.

It is strictly forbidden to store bicycles, motorcycles or any unsuitable items in the rooms.

Washing clothes or shoes in the bathrooms is not allowed. Clothes must not be hung from windows or balconies.

When leaving the chalet, switch off the lights and TV, turn off the taps and lock the door.

Inappropriate clothing is not allowed in the common areas.

The guesthouse does not offer a restaurant or room service.

Flammable or explosive items and gambling activities are prohibited.

Opening hours: 8am to 6pm daily.

Maintenance/cleaning: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Use the shower before entering the pool.

Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.

Proper swimwear is required: swim trunks, swimsuit or bikini.

Smoking is prohibited in rooms, bathrooms and common areas. It is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, under Ceará state law no. 14.436/2009.

Quiet is required from 9pm across the whole property.

Loud music and parties are not allowed. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay.

Visitors are not allowed in the rooms or anywhere on the property during your stay.

Guests are responsible for the people accompanying them and for any damage they cause.

The guesthouse is not liable for belongings left behind on the premises.
